We collect the information we need to run Jetpack.

• Billing information, such as subscription status, billing records, and limited payment details from our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, logs, timestamps, tool usage, and error reports.
• Content you submit to the service, such as prompts, code, files, documents, email data, memory entries, and outputs.

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve Jetpack.

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide tool calls, process requests, and return outputs.
• To handle subscriptions, credits, billing, and support.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
• To communicate with you about your account, the service, or important updates.
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

We share information only when it is needed to run the service or when we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell personal information.

• With service providers that help us run Jetpack, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and billing providers.
• With third parties when you ask a tool to send, deliver, or process something through them.

Jetpack relies on third-party providers to operate. For example, we use Better Auth and Better Auth Infrastructure for authentication services, Stripe for billing, and infrastructure and analytics providers to host and improve the service.

Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide Jetpack, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you ask us to delete your account or information, we will aim to do so within a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can also stop using Jetpack at any time.

Jetpack is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the last updated date above.
