Terms of Service

Last updated on March 11, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Jetpack, including our website, hosted tools, APIs, account dashboard, billing flows, and related services. Jetpack is a product of Open Systems, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation.

By creating an account, using Jetpack, or buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you use Jetpack for a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you have a separate written agreement with us for Jetpack, that agreement controls to the extent the two conflict.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use Jetpack.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, notify us promptly.

3. The service

Jetpack gives developers and AI agents access to hosted tools and workflows. Depending on your plan and the features we make available, that can include tool calls for images, code execution, document parsing, docs retrieval, email actions, memory, storage, and related infrastructure.

We may add, modify, limit, or remove features at any time. Some features may be experimental, rate-limited, or depend on third-party providers.

4. Plans, billing, and credits

We offer free and paid plans. Current pricing, included credits, and feature limits are shown on our site or in the product.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file for your subscription and any taxes you owe.

Credits are a usage allowance, not cash, stored value, or property. Unless we say otherwise, credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not roll over from one billing period to the next.

Different tools may consume different numbers of credits. The usage amounts displayed in the product determine how many credits a tool call uses.

We may change pricing or plan limits prospectively. Any change will apply no earlier than your next billing cycle. Payments for paid plans are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content and your agents

You may provide prompts, instructions, code, files, documents, emails, recipient information, configuration, and other content to Jetpack, and the service may return outputs, generated content, files, messages, or other results.

As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you already have in your content. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of the outputs returned to you.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support Jetpack and to comply with law.

You are responsible for your content, for the instructions you give your agents, for the recipients and destinations you choose, and for reviewing outputs before you rely on them or send them to others.

  • You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use any content or data you submit.
  • If you use Jetpack to send email or take actions on third-party systems, you are responsible for complying with applicable law, platform rules, and any consent requirements.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, whether initiated by you directly or by an agent acting on your instructions.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Jetpack only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

  • Do not use Jetpack to break the law, violate anyone else's rights, or handle data you are not allowed to use.
  • Do not send spam, phishing, malware, or unauthorized communications through the service.
  • Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access, or overload our systems.
  • Do not use the service in a way that creates material safety risk or in high-stakes contexts without independent human review.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or operate Jetpack as a competing managed service without our written permission.

7. Ownership and feedback

Jetpack, including our software, site design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Open Systems, Inc. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment to you.

8. Third-party services

Some parts of Jetpack depend on third-party providers, such as identity, payment, infrastructure, model, storage, or delivery providers.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Jetpack at any time. If you have a paid plan, you can cancel renewal through your account or billing portal.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or harm, if payment fails, if required by law, or if continued access could expose us or others to liability.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law.

10. Disclaimers

Jetpack is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every workflow.

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unusable. You must review and validate outputs before using them in production systems, customer communications, or legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-sensitive, or other high-stakes contexts.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnity

If your use of Jetpack, your content, or your violation of these Terms causes a claim against us, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Open Systems, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from the resulting losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Open Systems, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to Jetpack.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Jetpack or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Jetpack in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $100.

13. Governing law and venue

California law governs these Terms and any dispute related to Jetpack, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any lawsuit or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or Jetpack must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the last updated date above.

If a change is material, we may also notify you by email or through the product. By continuing to use Jetpack after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
